Profile

Jenovive "Chioma" Chinyere

British-Nigerian entrepreneur, business consultant and social development leader. Founder and Chief Executive of Dream West Africa.

Biography

A practice built across sectors, borders and constituencies.

Jenovive Chioma Chinyere founded Dream West Africa on a single conviction: consequential African mandates cannot be resolved through isolated disciplines. Strategy, execution, communication, market position and social responsibility must operate as one accountable system.

She brings more than a decade of experience across business development and cross-sector execution. Her professional life has taken her through oil and gas, media and communications, agriculture, mining, construction, hospitality, logistics, real estate and corporate positioning. In each of those environments her work has involved market assessment, due diligence, stakeholder mobilisation, commercial development, strategic relationships, communications and locally grounded delivery.

That breadth now shapes the architecture of Dream West Africa. Jenovive provides the founder's vision, the strategic judgement and the operating standard, while the group coordinates team capability and specialist expertise across five delivery disciplines. Clients gain integrated thinking without surrendering professional depth in any one field.

Beyond the commercial mandate, she advances sustainability, women's entrepreneurship, youth development and community initiatives. Her public work connects economic agency with environmental stewardship, on the understanding that lasting value must strengthen institutions and the communities that surround them.
